2022 registration fees

Rates were published in US dollars, with early bird and regular windows. The table below records the figures used for the edition. All prices excluded 18 percent value added tax.

Group discounts were available for four or more delegates, with the rate increasing at ten and fifteen people. The secretariat handled group bookings directly.

What a pass included

Onsite delegates

Conference bag, programme booklet, abstract book link, coffee breaks, lunches, welcome reception, gala reception, technical sessions, exhibition and a certificate.

Online delegates

Programme booklet link, abstract book link, virtual technical sessions, virtual exhibition and a certificate.

Cancellation terms

Cancellations had to be confirmed in writing to the secretariat. Registrations cancelled between August 2021 and March 2022 were refunded in full after transfer fees and taxes. Cancellations between March and May 2022 received a 50 percent refund. No refund was available after 1 May 2022. Refunds were processed after the conference.

The 2022 registration cycle is closed. The secretariat does not request payment through unsolicited messages. Treat unexpected requests for registration or accommodation payment with caution.
