The Istanbul Congress Center (ICC) is situated in the Congress Valley in the Taksim-Nişantaşı district, the most elegant and central destination in Istanbul.

Transport to/from Istanbul Congress Center

Taxi:

A lot of tourists instinctively take a taxi from the airport to their hotel. However, the new Istanbul Airport is about 40km away from the conference hotel. So you may want to give that some extra thought. A trip from the new Istanbul Airport to Taksim will set you back a minimum of 150 – 170 TL. However, it is also important to keep in mind that these are NOT fixed prices; if the taxi hits traffic, the fare may increase quickly.
If you want to take a taxi, just walk to the official taxi stands located just outside the terminal. 

Havaist Airport Shuttle

Havaist is a new airport shuttle service, which operates several bus lines between the new Istanbul airport and popular spots all over Istanbul. It’s really easy and straightforward to take the Havaist to Taksim. You take the line IST 19: New Istanbul Airport – Beşiktaş – Taksim (which also stops at Zincirlikuyu and 4. Levent Metro) and you get off at the last stop, in front of the Point Hotel, close to Taksim square. From there you can walk to the ICC. Currently, the fare for the bus lines is 18 TL per person, one way, luggage included (Please visit the webpage shown below for the current fare.) Trips take an average 90-minutes, though it will be longer during rush hour. The buses are equipped with TV-movie-series services, WiFi, and USB charging units to make the trip a bit more enjoyable. Subway (Metro):

You can take the M2 Yenikapı-Hacıosman metro line and get off at Osmanbey or Taksim stations to easily get to the Istanbul Congress Center.

Osmanbey and Taksim metro stations are approximately 7-minutes walking distance to Istanbul Congress Center.

Alternatively, you can use the F1 Taksim – Kabataş funicular line and get off at Taksim station to reach the Istanbul Congress Center.

Metrobus:
From Mecidiyeköy stop, you can transfer to the metro or bus stop to access the Istanbul Congress Center.

Bus:
There are direct transportation options to Harbiye from various central districts including Taksim, Eminönü and Mecidiyeköy. ICC is only a 2-minute walk from the bus stop in front of the TRT Istanbul Radio.

Minibus:
You can take the Beşiktaş-Harbiye minibus across from the Beşiktaş ferry station to access Harbiye Avenue.

The ICC is approximately a 3-minute walk from the Harbiye Minibus Stop.
