Onsite and online exhibition
WHEC 2022 offered physical stands in Istanbul and virtual booths on the conference platform. Onsite exhibitors also received a presence in the online exhibition, so a single booking could reach delegates in the room and delegates joining remotely.
The exhibition sat alongside the technical programme. That layout made it easy for delegates to move between a session and a stand, and gave exhibitors a stream of visitors with a genuine interest in the subject.

Onsite fees included participation in the online exhibition. The exhibition layout was published separately by the secretariat.

The rates above are the published 2022 figures and are kept for reference. The 2022 exhibition cycle is closed. Cancellations had to reach the secretariat in writing by 14 January 2022 to qualify for a refund, minus a processing fee per booth.
